This is a nice app to capture and display WiFi and bluetooth traffic on Android phones. But for using this app, you have to root your phone and have "su" command install.

This app is based on the tcpdump package therefor it have to be installed manually.
1. Download and Install PacketSniffer App from the market or from the following link.

2. Copy the precompiled TCPDUMP file to the "/data"  library on your phone:    
             first make sure your "/data" library has READ and WRITE privileges. if not use:  "chmod 777 data" 
             in order to copy use the following command if you have ADB :"adb push c:\locationOfTheTcpdumpFile /data"
            in case you don't have ADB you can copy the tcpdump file to the SD card and do:  "cat /sdcard/tcpdump > /data/tcpdump 
3. Give the tcpdump file Read Write and Exec privileges :    "chmod 777 /data/tcpdump"


Before you start to capture you can pick weather to save the captured data on a local SQL DB on the device
or on to a file on the SD card.

HOW To Remove Write Protection Error in USB Pen Drive

if while  transferring data using your pendrive you get an error like Disk is Write Protected then neither  you can send data into it nor copy any data from the pen drive to your PC. By using this  trick  you can easily remove this error from your Pen Drive.Perform it carefully as it requires editing of registry code.
Trick to Remove Write Protection Error in USB Pen Drive:-

• Open Run Dialog box by Pressing Window+R.
• Type Regedit and Press Enter.
• Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrrentControlSet\Control and look for StorageDevicePolicies.

• If you cannot find StorageDevicePolicies there then do create this file first.(Look at the end of this article for instructions )
• Now you will see WriteProtect in your right window pane, double click on it.
• In the Value Data field  change the value to 0(zero).
• Now restart your system and then use your pen drive.

Method to Create StorageDevicePolicies File:-

• Click Start, type regedit.exe and hit ENTER.
• Navigate to the following location:
• HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrrentControlSet\Control
• Right-click Control and select New and Key.
• Name it as StorageDevicePolicies and Right click on it
• Select New > DWORD and name it as WriteProtect.

• Double click on it and set its value to 0 (zero).
• Restart your system and this would Disable write protect on USB.

DOS tool for android

 A new product released by SCOTT HERBERT for Android mobile phones,Its AnDOSid - the DOS tool for Android Phones. The rise of groups like Anonymous and LuzSec, as well as constant India / Pakistan cyberwar has raised the issue of cyber-security high(er) in the minds of web owners.


Pentesting tools exist to simulate such attacks and help website security people defend against them, however for the most part they currently only exist for desktop computers. Mobile phones have, over the last few years, grown from simple devices that send and receive calls to mobile computing platforms which can be purchased for less than $100 a device.


AnDOSid fills that gap, allowing security professionals to simulate a DOS attack (An http post flood attack to be exact) and of course a dDOS on a web server, from mobile phones. AnDOSid is actively being developed and I welcome feedback from the security community as to how you would like the application to evolve.

How to Check your Gmail account IF HACKED OR NOT

 If you're worried that your Gmail account has been hacked, you can find out when and where it was last accessed. Scroll down to the bottom of the Gmail page and click the Details link next to 'Last account activity'. This will list your recent account activity including the access type (such as browser or mobile) and IP address. You can also set up an alert for unusual account activity.

If you've forgotten to log out of your Gmail account on another computer, open the 'Last account activity' page, as described above, and click the 'Sign out all other sessions' button. This is also useful if you think your account has been compromised.
